Doug joined RCM Architects in 2004 with over 22 years experience serving local government as a Certified Building Official and Building Inspector with State Certified Municipal Building and Zoning Inspection Departments. He holds inspection certificates for all categories of general construction under both National Model Code (ICC and BOCA) and the Ohio State Building Code. Doug's inspection administration experience also includes contract compliance and owner representation inspections on Government contracts and Federal Grant Programs such as CDBG and CHIP.

Doug is knowledgeable in the supervision of faith-based, educational, medical and corporate environments and assists clients with code compliance review and permit applications.
