Elevation	how does it look?
Section	how is it built?
Presentation	how will people respond?

 

3. Detail

Systems	what is efficient?
Code	what is safe?
Specifications	what is best?
Documents	what needs to be detailed?

 

4. Develop

Bid	are builders available?
Observe	are documents followed?
Review	are requests fair?
Warranty	are you pleased?
