Tracie joined RCM Architects in 1998 after serving as an intern with the firm while completing her degree at Bowling Green State University.  Since employment with RCM, Tracie has developed her skills as a Project Manager serving her clients with an acute desire for accuracy, design quality and customer satisfaction.

Tracie has extensive experience in design, product specification, and construction detailing for both new and renovation projects.  Tracie is particularly skilled with managing the complexities of larger projects such as the Christian Medical and Dental Association Headquarters in Bristol, Tennessee; Owens State Community College in Findlay, Ohio and the Bluffton Hospital Emergency Department and Surgery Renovation and Addition Project in Bluffton, Ohio.

Tracie is knowledgeable in the design and detailing of faith-based, corporate, educational and medical environments and assists clients with all aspects of the project process.
